How doctors help people find work

Four doctors, one from Japan, one from Germany, one from England, and one from Texas, are talking while riding to the top of a mountain in a ski lift while supposedly attending one of those infamous “medical” conferences.
During the ride to the top, the discussion turns to recovery results seen following various medical procedures in each country.
The Japanese doctor says, “Medicine in my country is so advanced that we can take a kidney out of one man, put it in another. In six weeks, the person is looking for work.”
The German doctor says, “That’s nothing. In Germany we take a lung from one person, put it in another, and have the recipient looking for work in four weeks.”
The British doctor says, “In my country, medicine is so advanced that we can take half of a heart from one person, put it in another, and have them both seeking work within two weeks.”
The Texas doctor, unwilling to be outdone, jumps into the conversation, saying, “Well, your countries all seem to be lagging behind the standard here in the U.S., my dear friends. A few years ago, and it is well documented, we took a man from Texas who had no brain at all, put him in the White House, and now half the country is looking for work.”
