Michael Vick jury ready to start

A hat tip to my friend, Stan M., who came across this great illustration about the Michael Vick dog abuse/dog fighting trial.
It seems to perfectly illustrate the feelings in the U.S. of the people, as well, as well, other interested parties, if they were privy to the facts of the case.
It seems the Michael Vick dog abuse trial is ready to begin. The jury, after careful screening, has been seated, and a few "reserve" jurors are on-hand, just in case.

If only a jury like that had been seated! Then maybe Vick wouldn’t have gotten off so easily — basically getting little more than a slap on the wrist.

My personal favorite: slap him around for an hour or so with freshly slaughtered beef (gonna be a waste of some fine steaks, but still…), let all that yummy raw meat flavor and fresh cow blood get all over his body, then put him in the middle of a dog fighting ring. Let’s see who “The Biggest Loser” would be in that match.

News at 11? Heck, let me set up my camera on a tripod, get my video camera set up, too, and we can sell the video — and close-up photos — online! Think of the money we’d make on that deal!
