As many around the nation have watched television news for the past week, wondering what happened to a woman who was about two months away from giving birth, her married lover, Bobbie Cutts, Jr., a police officer and possible father of the unborn baby girl, told investigators he knew nothing of the appearance.

Around 3 p.m. today, Cutts called family and friends together at his home. Once everyone invited was gathered, he apparently apologized for misleading them all week long. He admitted he had a role in the disappearance of Jessie Davis and her unborn child.

After his apology to friends and family members, he called law enforcement investigators, confessed to them, and within an hour, Jessica Marie Davis’ body had been found in a shallow grave in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, about an hour north of her home.

After his confession, Cutts was apparently taken into custody. He has been charged with two counts of murder, one count each for the murder of Jessica Marie Davis and her unborn daughter she planned to name Chloe Davis.

Cutts, according to information being reported on CNN and the Fox News Channel, has a history of domestic abuse, including a case that was dismissed in Nevada.

Given his history, which should have barred him from employment as a cop in Ohio, this won’t be too hard of a case to prosecute. Moreover, his false statements on at least three separate occasions with law enforcement officials from various agencies, including the Canton police department and the FBI, should all be held against him to the maximum extent possible, with as many counts of filing false statements or more serious felony charges. Giving false statements and impeding an investigation are serious charges, so let’s see how many books can be thrown at this scum.
