Nobody would live in England if they had a choice

It’s coming up on Thanksgiving, a time of year when many people rush about, buying turkeys, cranberry sauce, and all the other fixings — or maybe some of the fake/faux turkey, called tofurkey, some crazy combination of tofu and turkey (and God only knows what else!).

Many people ponder about the things which they have to be thankful for this year. Some will be thankful for a job, others that they have no lost their home, and others, well, they will be thankful that they’ve not had anyone in uniform knock on their door to offer them the President’s sincerest sympathies and deep regret that a family member gave their life serving in the armed forces of the United States.
