A few years ago, it seems like all the teenagers and 20-somethings had the camera phones, MP3 players, and other accessories for carrying photos, videos, and music. Looking around today, though, it seems everyone has a camera phone, as well as other accessories and tools.

Keeping your media library — regardless of file format — synchronized with each other, or even just backed up to prevent loss of a great collection of tunes can be a pain.

‘Chinese Democracy’ earns free Dr Pepper to everyone in U.S.

It seems Chinese Democracy is finally here — the album from Guns N’ Roses, not actually democracy in China — and if the band’s 17-year-in-the-making album hits store shelves on Sunday, “It’s going to be so easy, easy for every American to get a free Dr Pepper as promised,” said Tony Jacobs, Dr Pepper’s vice president of marketing.

The soda company says it is ready to offer coupons for free Dr Pepper to every American if the on-again/off-again album is released on Sunday.

Sony delays release of LittleBigPlanet because Muslims may be offended

Sony has decided it needed to delay the release of one of the hottest and eagerly-awaited computer games of the year because Muslims may be offended by something in the background music.

According to Sony, the game LittleBigPlanet has been pulled from warehouse shelves after someone noticed one background music contained words from the Islamic holy text, the Quran.

RIAA needs to get laid

Have you ever seen someone so badly in need of sex that you tell them to go get laid — even if they have to hump a tree like a dog in heat? Well, that’s how the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is acting right now. Either that or RIAA has been constipated for about 18 years. Either way, RIAA is becoming more sickening every time I see its name in print.

Just back from combat …

This is the first time I’ve ever heard a song that dealt with the issue — head-on — of what the troops go through when they come home. No matter how well adjusted they may seem when they get home, I really hate to burst your bubble, but after you’re in combat, kill more people, some with your hands, you’re never the same person you were before you went. No, the innocence is lost. Much like a person’s first sexual experience: you’re no longer naive about many things, but in this case, it is something that’s not pleasureful. It’s about hatred, death, and survival.
