The attorney for former high-priced Washington, D.C.-based call girl, “Kristen”, seems to have forgotten something he may have learned in law school. Perhaps he didn’t learn it, which is why he’s flapping his gums so much, basically trying to intimidate newspapers and TV news stations.

It seems this attorney, Don D. Buchwald, is trying to say the media has “thrust” — interesting choice of words, especially given his client’s employment history — into the “public glare without her consent.”

Dr. Alex Karev, of ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy TV show, is seeking help from real doctors in real life, according to his publicist.

It seems Justin Chambers, the actor who plays Dr. Alex Karev, has checked himself into the UCLA Medical Center “to get help with a pre-existed sleeping disorder,” according to his publicist, Danica Smith.

When it enacted the Privacy Act in 1974, Congress sought to restrict the amount of personal information that federal agencies could collect and, significantly, required agencies to be transparent in their information practices.
